I rebuild websites for clinics, plumbers, tree services and home trades, anywhere in the United States. They load fast on a phone, dial with one tap, and read clearly to Google and the AI assistants.
Two live sites are linked below, with the names of the people who paid for them.
Most of my work sits behind a login or went out under somebody else's name. These two are live, and your phone can check every word in thirty seconds.
I did not expect somebody outside the trade to understand steel detailing. Suhas asked questions until he could describe my work back to me, then wrote it that way. The enquiries now come from people who already know what we do.

Shreya R
Vertex Steel Detailing
What I built: Their whole site. A trade explained plainly, and a quote path that reaches their inbox.
Suhas built our public site and the platform our customers order through. It prices live orders, so it has to be right and it has to stay up. He works out what a thing has to do before he builds it, and he tells you plainly when an idea will not work.

Ashutosh Gupta
Makenica, Bangalore
What I built: The public site, and the console behind it. Upload a CAD file and it prices the job.
Open your own website on your phone while you read. And ask whoever built it what happens the day you leave.
The assistant does not know you exist
People ask ChatGPT for a good plumber now, and it reads websites to decide who to name. If yours does not say what you do, which towns you cover and when you are open, you never see the customer you did not get.
They check you before they call
Reviews do not send people to your phone. They send them to your website to confirm you are real, and that page is deciding for you today, whether it is any good or not.
Your phone number is not tappable
On a phone it is just text. Somebody has to memorize it and switch apps to call you, so most give up and ring the next name on the list.
You cannot see where your ad money goes
You spend a few thousand a year on ads and cannot say how many of those people landed on the site, what they read, or how many called. That is the biggest line in your budget, unmeasured.
What you get
Every rebuild includes all of this
Not add-ons. This is the standard job.
Tap-to-call buttonsOn every page, one tap dials.
Reviews on the first screenNot buried on another site.
Two-second loads on cell serviceNot office wifi.
Services, towns, hours and pricesIn sentences an AI can quote.
Real pages per townNot name-swapped copies Google reads as spam.
Link previews that workName, photo and description on Facebook.
A form that emails youThe moment it is sent.
Tracking you can readWho came, and who called.
Readable without pinchingAnd usable on a screen reader.
Your words and your photosNever stock, and I draft, you approve.
What it costs
Plain pricing, no meeting required
One fixed price before any work begins. These are real ranges, not a starting-from number that doubles later.
$900 – $1,200
Small business rebuild
One location, four to eight pages. Most plumbers, tree services and home trades land here.
$1,800 – $2,500
Multi-location or clinic
More than one location, or a clinic with staff pages, services, forms and booking.
$80/month
Hosting, edits and monitoring
Hosting, small edits, security updates, and I know before you do if the site goes down. Cancel any time.
What moves the number
Page count. Four and fifteen are not the same job.
Number of locations.
Online booking. Or forms that talk to software you already use.
Whether your text and photos are ready. Or I write and organize them.
Whether you sell anything online.
How it works
Three steps, about a month
1
Week 1
A free mockup
You send your business name, logo and a few photos. I build your real home page with your services and reviews in it, and write the first draft.
2
Weeks 2 – 3
The build
I build the rest of the pages, wire up the form and the tracking, and move everything off your old site. You can ask for changes as we go.
3
Week 4
Go live and handover
Live on your own domain. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.
A small site takes three to four weeks. A clinic or multi-location site takes five to six, and if you have a deadline, say so before we start and I will answer honestly.
Before you ask
I am not in the United States
I work from Bangalore, India, and both sites above were built from here. Here is how that works day to day.
When I am actually available
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm Eastern, which is 6:00am – 10:00am Pacific on the west coast. Anything sent outside those hours gets a reply the same working day.
Calls happen on your clock
Phone or video, whichever you prefer. If the only time that works for you is outside my hours, say so and I will be there with a day's notice.
You do not pay up front
50% when you approve the mockup and I start building, and the other 50% once the site is live and you are happy. Invoice at each step.
You own all of it
Nothing here depends on my goodwill. If you leave I hand over the files and help you move, and the site runs on another host without me.
Questions
The ones I get asked most
Have you built a site for a business like mine before?
Not a plumber or a clinic yet, and I would rather you read that here than find it out on the call. The engineering is identical, your trade is the new part, and I close that gap by asking a lot of questions first.
Can I speak to somebody you have worked with?
Yes. Ask, and I will introduce you to Shreya at Vertex or Ashutosh at Makenica by email, then leave the thread so you can ask them anything you want.
Who owns the site, and do I have to move my domain?
You do, from day one, and no, the domain never moves. It stays in your account and your name, your email keeps working, the site and text and photos are yours, and nothing goes dark if you stop paying me.
Can I change things myself afterwards?
Yes. Hours, prices, text, photos and new services are yours to edit, and I send a short video showing how, or you can leave it to me on the $80 monthly plan.
What if my website is fine already?
Then do not hire me. Open it on your phone right now, and if it loads fast, the number dials when you tap it, and your reviews are on the first screen, you do not need this.
Why pay you when AI can build a site for twenty dollars a month, and is AI killing search anyway?
AI builds from the same patterns for everybody, so you pay me to work out what you do that the other three plumbers do not. Search did not die either, it stopped answering how-to questions, and the ones with your town in them still ring your phone.
What if I stop halfway through?
You stop. You have paid half, and only after seeing a mockup you liked, and the monthly does not start until the site is live.

See your new home page before you spend anything
Tell me your business name and I will build it. Like it and we carry on, and if you do not, you have lost nothing and I will not chase you.
